Privacy Policy

A plain–English explanation of what we collect, why, and what we do with it.

Who we are

This site (boundarylinesguide.com) is owned and operated by Zim Flores, the author of the Boundary Lines guide. We do business as This Good Ground. If you have any questions about your information, you can reach us at hi@thisgoodground.com.

What we collect

We try to collect as little as possible. Here’s the full list:

• Your name and email — when you sign up for the waitlist, buy the guide, or email us.
• Payment information — we don’t see or store your card details. Payments are handled by Stripe. We only receive a confirmation that the payment went through, your billing email, and (in some cases) your country and ZIP for tax purposes.
• Basic technical information — browser type, IP address, and pages visited. This is logged by our hosting provider (Vercel) the same way every website logs requests.

We do not collect sensitive personal information, financial account numbers, or anything from minors.

How we use it

• To send you the guide you bought.
• To answer your questions when you email us.
• To send occasional emails — new resources, the next workshop, or a quick note on what we’re working on. You can unsubscribe from any of these in one click. We don’t pretend the unsubscribe link is hard to find.
• To improve the site (e.g., understanding which pages people read).

We do not sell your information. Ever. To anyone. Full stop.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of trusted services to run this business. Each one only sees the information they need to do their job:

• Stripe — processes your payment. Stripe’s privacy policy.
• Resend — delivers email (the guide, receipts, occasional notes). Resend’s privacy policy.
• Vercel — hosts the website. Vercel’s privacy policy.

We may also disclose information if required by law — a subpoena, a court order, or to protect someone’s safety.

Cookies

We use the bare minimum:

• Stripe sets cookies during checkout to prevent fraud. Without them, the payment form won’t work.
• We use light privacy–preserving analytics to count page views. No personal profiles. No third–party ad tracking.

Your rights

You can:

• Unsubscribe — click the link at the bottom of any email.
• Ask what we have on you — email hi@thisgoodground.com and we’ll send it.
• Ask us to delete your information — same email. We’ll do it within 30 days. (We may need to keep payment records for tax purposes, which is required by law.)
• Correct your information — reply to any email we’ve sent you.

If you’re in California, the EU, or the UK, you have additional rights under your local laws (CCPA, GDPR). Email us and we’ll honor them.

Refunds

Because the guide is delivered as a digital download you can keep forever, all sales are final. Please read the description and the sample carefully before buying. If something goes wrong on our end — you didn’t receive the file, you got the wrong one, the link doesn’t work — email hi@thisgoodground.com and we’ll make it right.

Children

This site is not for children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you think we have, email us and we’ll delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we update how we handle information, we’ll change the date at the top of this page. If the change is significant, we’ll email everyone on our list to let you know.
